Some of you are first time visitors, so there are often loads of questions you need answers for. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions when booking a dumpster with www.bookadumpster.com:
“How much will it cost?”
www.bookadumpster.com will display the lowest cost available matching your requirements. Once you enter your zip code in the search box, The website will instantly search through all the haulers that are set up to service your zip code, it will look at which of the haulers have stock of the dumpster you require within the dates you are requesting. We suggest you play around with dates as a shorter hire period could result in a cheaper price. The cheapest stock will book out first so try some dates in advance to see if you are able to secure an even better deal if you are booking ahead.
“Do you deliver to my area?”
Once you enter your zip code, www.bookadumpster.com will instantly search for all the haulers that are set up to service your zip code. If there are no haulers servicing your area the website will notify you of this by displaying the following message under the zip code search box - “Please check back at a later date. We are currently signing up haulers to service this area” if there are haulers that do service your area, you will be asked which Waste Type you require and the process will continue from here.
“Can I get a dumpster for today?”
Due to high demand created by bookadumpster customers our haulers are always busy, meaning they may not be in the office at all times. Because the order is received instantly via email, the haulers need a little notice of your order. You are able to order for next day delivery up until 11pm the night before, but currently we are unable to process same day deliveries.
“Who is my hauler?”
Once your credit card payment is accepted and your order is processed you will be emailed an invoice which will outline your haulers name and contact details.
“Do I have to be at home when the dumpster is delivered?”
No, as long as when you place your order you make note of this in the delivery instruction note, also record a cell phone number for the day of delivery so if the hauler needs to contact you they are able to. Once your credit card payment is accepted and your order is processed you will be emailed an invoice which will outline your haulers name and contact details, we also suggest you call them directly prior to delivery to let them know if you won’t be home.
