What time will the dumpster arrive? What are the delivery and pick up times?
When you book your dumpster you are able to nominate instructions on the booking page, if you require the dumpster at a certain time you can record this request. Once the booking has processed you are able to call your hauler directly to ensure they can fill the delivery at that time. Their contact details are on the invoice that will be emailed immediately to you. You are also able to arrange the collection time in a similar way. Most haulers will deliver dumpsters by 11.30 am on delivery day if you have not requested a specific time.

Can I be absolutely sure the dumpster will be delivered?
The dumpster price will only display to you if the stock is available. Once the booking has processed you are able to call your hauler directly, their contact details are on the invoice that will be emailed immediately to you at time of booking. What can go in the dumpster?
There are currently four waste types as follows: Household Debris, Clean Construction Debris, Clean Concrete, Stump and Brush.

What is Household Debris?
Light comingle waste from a house hold cleanup. DO NOT PUT: Bricks, concrete, food waste, asbestos, hazardous waste, chemicals, insulation materials, liquids, gas bottles, tires, mattresses, computer monitors or hard drives, or any electrical equipment with plugs.

What is Clean Construction Debris?
Wood, Plaster, Insulation, Styrofoam, Tiles, Shingle, Ceramic Goods, Sheet Rock/Drywall.

What is Clean Concrete?
Concrete ONLY. DO NOT PUT: Anything other than clean concrete in this receptacle. NO bricks, asphalt or ceramics.

What is Stump and Brush?
Tree stumps, branches, and leafy green waste only.

So….what can’t go in the dumpster?
Hazardous waste cannot be placed in the dumpster. This includes TV’s, monitors, fridges, paints, solvents, liquids or any asbestos. To dispose of any of these materials you need to contact your local government. They will be able to provide you with a contact who can dispose of anything hazardous or not accepted in your dumpster (i.e. food waste)

Will the dumpster fit in my driveway?
So the haulers is able to deliver the dumpster safely you will need to ensure the access is clear, your driveway should be an absolute minimum of ten feet across (wider the better!) with no overhanging trees, arches or power cables to disrupt the delivery.

How many tons can go in a dumpster?
The weight limit that the base price is calculated on is 250 kg per 1 cubic yard for example…
10 cubic yard = 2500kg (1.25 ton)
40 cubic yard = 10,000 (5 ton)

How long is the base rate for?
This will differ as each hauler can have a different minimum hire range, try different dates in the website and see the best price calculate for each date range, then you can compare to see which one suits you best.
